Filing a takedown notice
To request removal of material you believe infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@rngdlelab.com that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The URL or other description of the material on this site you want removed.
- Your contact information (address, phone, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Response
We review notices and act on valid requests. Abuse of the takedown process may itself carry legal consequences. General questions go to the contact page.
